New Years Eve Wii Dance Party

After we ate dinner the kids and adults got out their dance moves and we played Wii Just Dance 3 and the kids played a kids version.  Brayden is the all time winner, he has has the best dance moves of all of us!

We had so much fun playing.  And this was the first year the kids made it to watch the ball drop.  Yeah, Happy New Years!!!

New Years Part One

We went over to our friends house, Tami and Ryan's, for a little New Years fun.

 and then we ate a scrumptious dinner and the kids opened up their gifts.  I think Abby enjoyed her gift, she loves dora.

New Years Eve Gingerbread House

On New Years Eve Day we put together my gingerbread house the kids game me for Christmas.  Alexis decorated the gingerbread man.

Christmas with Jason's Family

The Day before New Years Eve we drove up to Jason's sister Amys house and celebrated Christmas/New Years with his family.  We enjoyed our time playing cards

and eating lots of goodies

After they left we headed over to my Aunts house for lots of food, family and fun.

Christmas Morning

We woke up Christmas morning and Santa had arrived.  We opened up the kids gifts from us and the gifts from Santa

Christmas Eve

After Church we went to my parents to celebrate a little christmas and eat a little food and cookies.  We took a few family pictures.

And Alexis got a paintable horse set.  Which she absolutely loved!  Both horses are painted and she did an awesome job.  No picture of them done but one of her painting one of them.

We had a fun but quiet night and then went home to see if santa would arrive by the next morning...

On Christmas Eve we went to the childrens mass at church.  Alexis decided that she wanted to be in the Christmas play this year at church.  She chose to be a shepherd and did a great job.  Although as you can tell she hid for the camera.  She's there right in between the other two shepherds

Christmas in Iowa Day 2

The plan for Saturday was a workout, some shopping and cookie making.  Then playing a few games.

Michelle, Mom and I went to do some shopping for a little while.  I ended up getting a couple gifts for the kids and some jeans for myself.  We came home and ate some yummy soup and then played some Euchre and Pictionary.  We had a fun Christmas together.

Christmas in Iowa Day 1

We went to my brother and sister in laws house for Christmas with my family the weekend before Christmas.  The kids had lots of fun playing with their cousins.  Here are Nick, Alexis and Brayden with grandpa playing their new DS games.
