A few days before the weekend the kids and I took a walk down to the lake. This is what we discovered... Weeds, weeds and more weeds!
Grandma and I took the kids out in the paddle boat a couple times this weekend. Once we got back they wanted to give it a try. Since Jason and Grandpa were in the water removing some of the weeds from around the docks we let them try.
They did a really good job, only one time they got a little too close to the motor of the pontoon:) Jason helped them by pushing them back to shore.
It was funny to watch Brayden! He was doing pretty much all of the paddling as he was hanging on to the seat, because he couldn't reach the peddles! 
The weeds were almost all gone by the end of the weekend:)
